1. What BookPickleBall is

BookPickleBall is a booking platform operated by BYTEUNITY SOLUTIONS & SERVICES CORP. We let you find sports facilities and reserve court time at them.

We are not the facility. Each facility is an independent business that sets its own prices, opening hours, house rules, and cancellation and refund policy. We provide the software that takes the booking. The court time itself is provided by the facility, and your booking is an agreement between you and that facility.

2. Your account

You need an account to book. Create one with an email and password, or sign in with Google.
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
Give accurate contact details — a facility may need to reach you about your booking.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the facility accepts it, which normally means your payment has been verified. Until then a slot is held for a limited time and is released automatically if payment is not completed.
Prices, opening hours and available courts are set by the facility and shown to you before you confirm.
Arrive on time. A facility may treat a no-show according to its own rules.

4. Payment

Payment methods vary by facility and may include bank or e-wallet transfer with proof of payment, or cash at the front desk.
We do not process card payments and do not store card or bank account numbers.
Where you pay by transfer, you upload proof and the facility verifies it. A booking that is not verified in time may be released.
Some facilities charge a booking fee in addition to court time. Where charged, it is shown as a separate line before you confirm.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Each facility sets its own cancellation and refund policy, and that policy governs your booking. Some facilities offer refunds; some do not, and will instead offer to move your booking to another time. The policy that applies is the one shown by the facility you booked with.

Nothing on this page is a promise of a refund by us. Where a facility agrees to a refund or issues account credit, we provide the software to record it; the commercial decision is the facility's.

Rescheduling is handled by the facility's staff — contact the facility.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: reserve slots you do not intend to use in order to deny them to others; upload false proof of payment; attempt to access another user's account or another facility's data; scrape, overload or probe the service; or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or remove an account that does these things.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and outages happen. Where the service is unavailable and a booking is affected, the facility's policy governs what happens to that booking.

8. Our liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the conduct of a facility or another user. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Facilities

If you operate a facility on BookPickleBall, your commercial agreement with us governs fees, payouts and your obligations to your customers, and prevails over this page where they differ.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the last change; material changes will be announced in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
